Brookings Hosts Novice Debate Meet

Brookings hosted teams from Aberdeen, Milbank, and Watertown in an after school novice debate meet on Tuesday, Nov. 2. Forty-two public forum teams and 2 novice LD debaters competed for the first time in front of varsity student judges. 
Xander Hof won the LD division.

Middle School Kick-off

  On Tuesday, Feb. 8, members of the interp and debate team presented to students at the Brookings Middle School as a kick-off to their middle school interp season. They presented students with information about the speech classes that they can register for as 9th graders.
