State Oral Interp

 












Member of the interp team traveled to Huron to compete in the State Oral Interpretation Festival December 3-4.  Brookings brought home a team excellence award and six superior ratings. 

Competing for Brookings: 

Non-Original Oratory: Ava Hilmoe (Excellent) 

Drama: Grace Davis (Superior) 

Humor: Olivia Anderson (Superior) 

Poetry: Nic Schran (Superior) 

Storytelling: Tyler Livermont (Superior with Distinction) 

Duo: Grace Davis and Jasmine Anawski (Superior with Distinction) 

Readers Theater: Olivia Anderson, Kaitlyn Doom, Gavin DuBray, Tyler Livermont (Superior)

Central Forensics Conference #2

Middle School Kick-off

  On Tuesday, Feb. 8, members of the interp and debate team presented to students at the Brookings Middle School as a kick-off to their middle school interp season. They presented students with information about the speech classes that they can register for as 9th graders.
